Process Operation Consulting

Process operations consulting focuses on improving the performance of all aspects that related to the chemical process operations including efficiency, effectiveness, optimization, product quality, reliability, and safety. Typical activities relate either to the implementation of high-level mathematical modeling applications, such as advanced process control (APC), soft sensors (SSs), failure prediction for predictive maintenance (PdM) or the utilization of process automation and field instrumentation, such as automated process sequencer, production capacity ramping, grade transition management.

From a functional perspective, process operations consulting aims at enhancing the processes control operations, ways of optimal operating and controlling the whole processes, knowing when and how any change affecting the process, and be able to predict when process or equipment failure will occur.
